Es ist auch als Penelope-Syndrom bekannt. Sensorische Aphasie kann sich in Schwierigkeiten beim Verstehen und Reagieren auf verbale Sprachen \u00e4u\u00dfern.<\/p>\n<h2>Diagnose und Behandlung<\/h2>\n<p>Die Diagnose von POCS basiert auf der klinischen Bewertung, der EEG-Aufzeichnung im Schlaf und der Entwicklung des klinischen Verlaufs. Die Behandlung kann Medikamente gegen Krampfanf\u00e4lle wie Valproat oder Lamotrigin sowie kognitiv-linguistische Therapien zur Verbesserung der aphasischen F\u00e4higkeiten umfassen.<\/p>\n<h2>Patientenvereinigung<\/h2>\n<p>Es gibt POCS-Patientenverb\u00e4nde, die den Betroffenen Informationen und Unterst\u00fctzung bieten.
