Dysphasie und Aphasie. Sprache \u00fcber alternative Kan\u00e4le zu verbal-m\u00fcndlich-auditiv (Piktogramme). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schwerwiegende motorische Probleme. Je nach Art der Restmobilit\u00e4t stehen unterschiedliche Systeme zur Verf\u00fcgung.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"244\" height=\"206\" src=\"https:\/\/neuropediatoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-12.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5572\" style=\"width:517px;height:436px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/neuropediatoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-12.png 244w, https:\/\/neuropediatoolkit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image-12-14x12.png 14w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 244px) 100vw, 244px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es wird ein individuelles Kommunikationsprofil erstellt. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item\"><summary class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__title\"><div>Kognitives und sprachliches Training. <\/div><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normalerweise gibt es zwei Szenarien: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menschen mit zuvor normaler Sprache (\u00e4ltere Kinder oder Erwachsene), die aufgrund einer erworbenen Erkrankung die F\u00e4higkeit zur autonomen Kommunikation verlieren. Sobald die Kommunikationsbarriere identifiziert ist, erfolgt die Implementierung und das Erlernen der Technologie in der Regel schnell. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kinder mit angeborenen Krankheiten, die nicht kommunikationsf\u00e4hig sind und noch nie eine Sprache entwickelt haben oder noch nicht alt genug daf\u00fcr sind. In diesem Fall dauert der Prozess l\u00e4nger, da wir die Komplexit\u00e4t des Kommunikationssystems schrittweise erh\u00f6hen m\u00fcssen und umgekehrt die Implementierung des Kommunikationssystems Lernerfahrungen f\u00fcr die Sprachentwicklung bereitstellt. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die sprachlichen Voraussetzungen m\u00fcssen trainiert werden (Kognition, Aufmerksamkeit, kommunikative Absicht etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es muss ein personalisiertes Vokabular ausgew\u00e4hlt werden, mit dem die Person umgehen kann, und es dann erweitert werden, wenn neue Bed\u00fcrfnisse auftreten. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beispielsweise m\u00fcssten wir bei Kindern unter 3 Jahren mit schweren neurologischen Erkrankungen, die nur willentlich Augenbewegungen ausf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen, mit der Verwendung analoger Kommunikatoren mit JA\/NEIN-Antwort beginnen und die Anzahl der Symbole je nach den F\u00e4higkeiten des Kindes schrittweise erh\u00f6hen.
