Se trata de un proceso jerarquizado, secuencial y estereotipado, codificado gen\u00e9ticamente pero modulado por el entorno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos clasificar el neurodesarrollo en distintos dominios, en funci\u00f3n de las habilidades que se encuentran involucradas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/neuropediatoolkit.org\/desarrollo-motor\/\">Motor.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comunicaci\u00f3n y lenguaje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/neuropediatoolkit.org\/valoracion-cognitiva-del-nino\/\">Cognici\u00f3n.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/neuropediatoolkit.org\/cronologia-de-los-hitos-del-desarrollo-socio-emocional\/\">Socioemocional.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptativo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s hay algunas habilidades espec\u00edficas multidominio que son de utilidad a la hora de valorar el neurodesarrollo de un ni\u00f1o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/neuropediatoolkit.org\/desarrollo-del-dibujo\/\">Dibujo.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/neuropediaclinic.com\/category\/metodo-clinico\/neurodesarrollo\/\">Juego. <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, muchas funciones fisiol\u00f3gicas tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n condicionadas por el neurodesarrollo, por lo que en los ni\u00f1os deben valorarse teniendo en cuenta a \u00e9ste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/neuropediatoolkit.org\/desarrollo-del-sueno\/\">Sue\u00f1o. <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__title\"><div>Hitos del desarrollo. \u00bfQue queremos decir?<\/div><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para su correcta valoraci\u00f3n es necesario conocer cuales son los hitos esperables seg\u00fan la edad. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tradicionalmente en pediatr\u00eda se han aprendido teniendo en cuenta la edad a la que la media de la poblaci\u00f3n los adquiere,<strong> <\/strong>en vez de conocer su distribuci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica en el tiempo o<strong> ventana de desarrollo <\/strong>(edad a la que lo alcanza el percentil 10, el percentil 50 y el percentil 90). <strong>tests de screening<\/strong> es mucho m\u00e1s precisa en la valoraci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica, ya que permite realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n mejor que aplicando un listado de \u00abhitos La mejor estrategia para comparar. <\/div><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p>Los test de Screening, no obstante, s\u00f3lo sirven para conocer la situaci\u00f3n del desarrollo en un momento determinado del tiempo, y poder diferenciar a los ni\u00f1os neurot\u00edpicos, de aquellos que presentan s\u00edntomas de alarma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando hemos identificado un ni\u00f1o con problemas de neurodesarrollo, es necesario <strong>medir a traves de una <a href=\"http:\/\/neuropediatoolkit.org\/escalas-de-desarrollo-infantil\/\">escala de desarrollo<\/a><\/strong>, los distintos dominios y el desarrollo global, y compararlo con una poblaci\u00f3n estandarizada. Las escalas de desarrollo suelen permitir el c\u00e1lculo de una \u00ab<strong>edad equivalente o de desarrollo<\/strong>\u00ab. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con una edad de desarrollo podremos calcular el <strong>cociente de desarrollo<\/strong>. La herramienta m\u00e1s potente para pronosticar. <\/div><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p>Sin embargo, una medida aislada en el tiempo s\u00f3lo permite conocer la situaci\u00f3n est\u00e1tica. Cuando obtenemos varias medidas sucesivas, podemos inferir una <strong>trayectoria de desarrollo<\/strong>, que es una herramienta muy potente a la hora de poder inferir un pron\u00f3stico. La p\u00e9rdida de habilidades previamente adquiridas, independientemente de su intensidad, es un motivo de valoraci\u00f3n neurol\u00f3gica. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Irritabilidad permantente en los menores de 12 meses. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/neuropediatoolkit.org\/preferencia-braquial-antes-de-los-2-anos-de-edad\/\">Asimetr\u00eda en la manipulaci\u00f3n en los menores de 12 meses.<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patr\u00f3n de conducta repetitivo en los mayores de 12 meses. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patr\u00f3n de conducta que pasa de una actividad a otra permanentemente en los mayores de 18 meses. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incapacidad para desarrollar juego simb\u00f3lico a partir de los 24 meses. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estereotipias verbales (sonidos guturales) a partir de los 24 meses. class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En la web <a href=\"https:\/\/pathways.org\/\">pathways<\/a> se dispone de videos con los hitos del desarrollo normales seg\u00fan la edad cronol\u00f3gica. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En la web del CUDAP se dispone de un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uv.es\/fundacion-general-cudap\/es\/documentacion-recursos\/sistema-deteccion.html\">test de screening<\/a> con videograbaciones para aplicar por parte de los padres.
