Se localizan predominantemente en la fosa posterior (infratentoriales) a diferencia de los adultos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipos Histol\u00f3gicos Frecuentes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n    <li><strong>Astrocitoma Piloc\u00edtico:<\/strong> Grado I de la OMS, de crecimiento lento, benigno y excelente pron\u00f3stico tras resecci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica completa.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Meduloblastoma:<\/strong> Tumor embrionario altamente maligno de fosa posterior, requiere resecci\u00f3n, quimioterapia y radioterapia craneoespinal seg\u00fan edad.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Ependimoma:<\/strong> Se origina de las c\u00e9lulas ependimarias de los ventr\u00edculos.
