Criterios de Remisi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Entran dentro de este concepto todos aquellos ni\u00f1os menores de 6 a\u00f1os que presenten retraso en la aparici\u00f3n de los hitos esperables para su edad o presenten s\u00edntomas que sugieren una desviaci\u00f3n cualitativa significativa respecto al desarrollo normal.<\/p>\n<h2>1.1 Tipos de Remisi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cHigh Resolution\u201d Submission:<\/strong> Incluye regresi\u00f3n del desarrollo o p\u00e9rdida de habilidades cognitivas o motoras previamente adquiridas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preferential Referral:<\/strong> Children under 12 months with delayed gross motor development and\/or hypotonia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ordinary Referral:<\/strong> Over 12 months with developmental delay in any of the areas of development (motor, language, socialization, adaptive) or more than 1 area (global developmental delay). Includes suspected language delay, language disorder, psychomotor delay, or autism spectrum disorder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>NOT indicated referral:<\/strong> Over 36 months in active follow-up by another service for the same reason for consultation (USMIA) in whom there is NO additional neurological comorbidity (epilepsy, etc.) that justifies the need for specific care in pediatric neurology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Datos M\u00ednimos de la Interconsulta<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Family history of neurodevelopmental disorders, consanguinity.<\/li>\n<li>Family structure, socioeconomic situation and coexistence dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Family language if it is different from the community language (Valencian or Spanish).<\/li>\n<li>Perinatal history.<\/li>\n<li>Development history. It should include a Haizea-Llevant screening if developmental delay is suspected, and an M-CHAT if autism spectrum disorder is suspected.<\/li>\n<li>History of early schooling (kindergarten).<\/li>\n<li>Neurological examination.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis with iron metabolism and CK (in case of delayed gross motor development).<\/li>\n<li>Referral to early care (indicated in children under 36 months with developmental disorders, or risk of having them).<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
