診断基準:
  • NF-1 の診断は、個人が以下のうち 2 つ以上を満たす場合に確定します。
    • 思春期前では最大直径が5 mmを超える6個以上のカフェオレ斑、思春期後では最大直径が15 mmを超える。
    • 腋窩または鼠径部のそばかす(そばかす)。
    • 任意のタイプの 2 つ以上の神経線維腫、または 1 つの叢状神経線維腫。
    • 視神経神経膠腫。
    • 細隙灯評価によって特定された 2 つ以上のリッシュ結節、または 2 つ以上の脈絡膜異常 (OCT または近赤外画像技術によって特定された明るい斑状結節)。
    • 蝶形骨異形成、脛骨の前外側曲率、長骨の癒合不全などの特有の骨病変。
    • NF-1の診断基準を満たす父親または母親。
    • NF1 遺伝子における病的な生殖系列変異。

    • レギウス症候群。
    • 神経線維腫症2型。
    • 神経鞘腫症。
    • NF1-ヌーナン症候群(ワトソン症候群)。
  • 過成長症候群:
    • クリッペル・トレノーネイ・ウェーバー症候群。
    • プロテウス症候群。
  • 同じ色素変化を伴う他の病気:
    • マキューン・オルブライト症候群。
    • レオパード症候群。
    • 斑状禿げ症。
    • ポイツ・ジェガース症候群。
  • 神経線維腫と混同される腫瘍を伴うその他の疾患。
